Saving messages quickly in the hot folder
Use the
Hot Folder button
to save messages in the
hot folder,
a folder that you designate to be very easily accessible.
Use the
Open Hot Folder button
to open the hot folder.
NOTE:
The Hot Folder and Open Hot Folder buttons
are not shown until you create a new folder
by selecting New from the Folder menu.
When you create a new folder, it is automatically added to the
hot list.
